a "honey farm" code for a brothel! At least that's what I've heard them referred to in the state of Nevada. I suppose they have lists there too so that you can decide what you'd like your "honey" to do.

REALLY!! Ha Ha.

I'm thinking more and more that MY DENTAL issue is TMJ. I had that when I was still working and you NEVER forget the symptoms. I have a call into my Orthodontist to see if the office gal can come up with what year I had that issue. It's been a long long time ago.
There should be a journal that you could buy that you could record your MEDICAL issues, surgeries, etc, etc, from the time you were born and your parents pass it on to you when you leave the nest. It would have come in handy to know when I experienced all this TMJ stuff!

Karen: Bummer that you have to travel so far with Ginger, but it will bring you peace of mind. Fur babies are part of families and we tend to worry more about them than ourselves. I still remember Jill saying that our Bichon-Annie got taken to the doctors right away and not so much with her!! Ha Ha.
Pat where did you see pictures of where Rita and Bill are staying? I didn't see any on here or I missed them?????

Tony: So what are you and Nancy up to this week? Are Annelie & Ben doing in school classes or are they Virtual?? Just wondering if you guys are picking up kids from school??

DAVE: Hope all works out for Fuzz-butt at the vet with the cleaning. Same for Kathi. Do you have Netflix or Peacock. Lots of movies you could be watching these days. We're into Ozark right now when we aren't watching Basketball games. Tonight MSU plays at 9:00 pm . Hate when they are that late.


Off to do a quick STEAM CLEAN of the kitchen floor and then lay down.

all our grandchildren are doing virtual schooling. Angeline is teaching the same way. None of them want to go back to traditional school.

Good evening back from the vet...and as expected she really could not find anything wrong with Ginger...she showed me a couple little sore spots in her mouth but said they were not inflamed or infected...she said they could do blood work if I wanted them to but she really didn't see a need for it right now....she thinks she possibly ate something that was bitter tasting a leaf or a bug & the foaming was her reaction...I'm relieved...and Ginger was loving all the attention...best part was it only cost me $50...which is a real bargain for vet bills....now I need to figure out what's for dinner & relax for the rest of the evening....wonder how long it will take Congress tomorrow to finally declare Biden the President Elect.....news people are saying it could go on till late at night....wouldn't surprise me

I feel better right now. I used some CBD suave on the side of my jaw and around the back of my ear and took a Aleve and one of them is helping. I bet it was the Aleve.

Feel really bad that some people are actually waiting in 5-8 hour long lines to vote. And in the GOP districts it only takes 5 mins. More machines snd more places to vote. So unfair.

At the moment.......I like that it appears that it's a double win for the Dems in Georgia.

Yesterday was Dental-Day for Kathi and Fuzzbutt. (There went the two $600 Federal government checks. Both were just a freckle over that.) Kathi is fine, and even had the dentist double check her front teeth that met the cement and went through her lip. No cracks and no chips. When Fuzzbutt came home her pain killers were wearing off. (She had 2 teeth pulled.) and began whining anytime she went for a drink. Finally we got her to take a pain pill, with the help of peanut butter, and eventually fell asleep. Today will probably call for more pain pills.

Boy you sure were lucky in getting only a $50 charge at your Vet KC. I don't think I've ever left a Vet's office with that small of a bill. And we're all happy to hear that Ginger is fine. I hope she learned to never munch on whatever it was that she ingested.

Your post yesterday morning cracked me up, Lee. Sometimes fences make for good neighbors. I hope the long haired wiener dogs your new neighbors have aren't hard-wired to be diggers. That breed was bred to be diggers and go down holes after critters.

You've got some splainin to do, K2. "TMJ". What is that, and how did it effect you years ago? We don't have Netflix or Peacock. But included in our package is HBO and HBO Max, Showtime and Showtime Extreme, and Cinemax. It's funny, the only one that doesn't let you record the movies is HBO Max. Lots of good flicks but I've learned one thing; I never knew that there are so many movies I'd never watch.

Virtual learning is the safest for kids and teachers and other school employees until this Covid vaccine is better disseminated, San.

Today is Lawyer Day. Kathi let it be known that she wouldn't pass out Bud's funds to his 4 kids till 2021. So we're going in to confirm that all is legal and that nobody will have to pay any taxes on any of it. Should be quick and boring in that lawyer's office.

It's going to be a doozey, and possibly violent in D.C. today.

We're expecting a LOT of turbulence in DC today. Please check that you have lots of pillows available to put on flat surfaces to cushion the blow if you feel the need to bang your heads against something hard as you watch today's sH!t sh0w in Washington. Please familiarize yourself with the exits so you can run outside and scream if the need arises. It's a sad day for all of the good folks as the world watches...t must be so proud.
The great news is that Ginger, OK Karen, got off easy at the vet's office. Even when our hearts know it will be OK it's good to hear from a professional.
Dave, I think that TMJ is some sort of misaligned jaw or something. But I was wondering what network it may be too!

You and Kathi or Fuzzbutt? there are four o us in a row that we built the fences for. The young folks next door have a 1 1/2 year old and a Greyhound. The folks next door on the other side a 4 year old and a month old. The folks two down have the wiener dogs. Everyone wanted the fences - and to have them look alike! Made building them easy. I hope that unlike DC, there will be no objections at the lawyers office today.
Did you ask Benjamin if he knew that honey never goes bad Tony? I can see him asking "Why?" and then trying to find the answer. Again, fun and educational. The same for old cars. the sit in fields and the farmers hope for "bumper crops".
Hope that you had a good visit with Brian and Sara yesterday Pat. I'm still not sure that Disney is a place I'd want to be quite yet. Those admission prices just blew me away. And being somewhat stocky that would take quite a wind!

I was at Costco at 8:05 the morning. Hardly a soul there for seniors hour. As covid numbers continue to rise everywhere I wanted to go on my own and get in and out (read: shop like a man!). I am not comfortable exposing Lu-Ann to possible infections as she is considered compromised with her PD. I came home with about 70% of the stuff on my list. The rest simply wasn't there today. But I did manage to stop at Starbucks drive through on the way home and find a slice of Gingerbread Loaf for us to share with coffee.
You good people all stay safe and sound. It's a later walk for the pups today so we're off.

Dave: Ouch on those Dental COSTS. I can still remember have high bills for our Bichon-Annie back in the day. We never let her go without good care when needed. Still miss that lap-pooch! She gave us 14 years of love.
Good to know that Kathi’s all didn’t cause any long term injury to her teeth! Do you guys not have dental insurance that would take care of her visit? Ouch on that cost!!

TMJ= The temporomandibular (tem-puh-man-DIB-u-lur) joint (TMJ) acts like a sliding hinge, connecting your jawbone to your skull. You have one joint on each side of your jaw.

TMJ disorders....can cause pain in your jaw in your jaw joint and in the MUSCLE that control jaw movement.
All that said .....late last night I had a tiny tiny piece of a taco chip get on my back teeth and it LET ME KNOW WHAT I DID. So something with possible TMJ and a NERVE is still a mystery. Hope the dentist can figure it out. Might just be the recent root canal filling just need to get GROUND DOWN a little more!

Hope things go smoothly with the lawyer. I think it’s fantastic that Kathi has the control over when the funds get dispersed. Nice she is looking out for everyone’s best interests. Can I Ask just how the family members will get the FUNDS during this Pandemic? In person, by direct deposit, by registered mail, etc, etc.
I‘d have them all show up in your garage (move the cars out) and hand them a envelope. Brothers should COME TO KATHI! Like they say “It ain’t over until the fat lady sings”. Good luck.

Lee: Good job on getting to Costco early. I went to our Kroger grocery store at 10:00 pm the other day and I shared the store with maybe 4 other people. I got my list done within in 10 mins and was out the door. They close at 11:00pm and that helped me having the store basically to myself.
LOVE THAT YOU STOPPED AND GOT A SLICE OF GINGERBREAD TO GO WITH YOUR COFFEE. You really need to look up CopyCat Recipes and find Starbucks gingerbread and bake it while you’re stuck inside.

I have been following Dailymail.co.uk and those folks are arresting people found out on the streets unless they are going to buy essentials. Streets are totally empty in pictures. It’s a nice site.

Unreal day today in Washington. Glad they reconvened for the vote again. Pence actually gave his best Speech in 4 years. Too bad he didn’t act like this from the beginning of his term.

Tomorrow is Virtual Christmas Service for me. Merry Christmas to me! Haha.

Also, dental appt. Thank goodness. This group sure had enough of us going to the dentist this week.

Merry Christmas K2!

The Buffoon has been urging on a violent riot in D.C. on the day Congress was to finally certify the Electoral College votes. And once he got it, has again embarrassed this country. The madman has gone off the edge, and is more dangerous than ever.

I'll tell you one thing, the Buffoon and his cult sure do like flags, especially the ones with his name on them.

Yes Lee, there is a giant sticker shock when you see what it costs at Disney. But even if you only visit the place once, it's a place you'll never forget.

Come to think of it, the last time I was at Disney-World was the second day that it was open.

K2, in answer to your question about how Kathi will disperse the checks; For her brother in California it will be mailing him a bank check. For the 2 brothers here in town, she'll just write each one a check and have them come here to pick it up. (She is the sole person in control of Bud's checking account.)

And yes K2, we both have dental insurance. But it pays very little each year.

Fuzzbutt is pretty much acting like her old self, before she had a couple of teeth removed. Of course she's on pain pills, antibiotics and soft food for quite a few more days.

With San and Lee both now dance instructors, I'm awaiting to see San also in a tootu.

Another grocery pick-up day, which we'll be getting in a little bit. And that's our big social calendar for today.

Good morning! Merry Christmas, Kathie!

I had every intention of posting yesterday to tell you about our visit with B&S, but made the mistake of doing something I never do during the day - I put the TV on! I was curious to see how the electoral college votes get certified. Well, needless to say it turned into a day we will never forget. I sat here crying for what these people, led by the most deplorable creature we have ever had the misfortune run our country for the past 4 years, were trying to do. Then I went total Jersey, as it got worse and worse. I will admit that I could have put a longshoreman to shame for the number of "f" bombs I dropped watching things unfold, as the day progressed. Definitely a sad day for our country that we will never forget.
Sll I can say is that they have got to do something - immediately impeach or invoke the 25th Amendment. I think they all realize that lil t is totally out of his mind and would be a thread to do even worse if allowed to remain in office for the next 2 weeks.

OK Time for a better and more pleasant topic - Our company from the other day. Even though it was short notice that they were coming, we still had a great time for the day. After such a whirl win visit, I asked them to write up a review of P&B's B&B for Trip Advisor!! LOL They left yesterday morning long before we woke up, so they could be at Disney Studios when it opened in hopes to get on the Star Wars ride. Today they are at Animal Kingdom and head for home tomorrow.

Issues with the washing machine continue. We called for service and we supposed to get a service call yesterday between 1-5. Bert got at least 3 emails and I made a call to confirm we were getting service. Well, guess what - he was a no show! I called to find out what happened to be told we are now scheduled for Friday between 1-5! Boy was I pi$$ed! We had things to do, but sat home all day waiting for the tech to show up and have to do it all over again tomorrow.

Y'all sure are doing a good job in the new year to support the medical & dental profession. I'm sure they'd thank you, if they really cared.

Dave - I think it was you who asked the other day if I also have oxygen tanks in the house. Yes I do, both the big kind and a small 2 liter one that you c an bring with you, but I prefer the continuous flow electric one. It's more convenient, but also very scary when you need it and you're not getting any oxygen.

Kathie - So are you and Art having anything special for Christmas dinner? A virtual Christmas service just wouldn't seem right. How was it?

Tony - Don't you just love how these kids today are so capable of using electronics that we'd have to ask them how to use things. They are just so comfortable with this stuff. Nathan and Jennifer are also doing virtual school. Their babysitter has 2 other kids all day also who just switched over to virtual school after their parents heard how well Nate & Jenn are doing. Both kids have straight As right now!!

Lee - I absolutely love that song. Thank you for reminding us of it.

Bert just told me the latest "breaking news" ... Those were not lil t supporters that stormed the capital yesterday. They're now claiming it was leftists who did it to try and make lil t look bad! Unbelievable BS that they just keep coming up with and which rates a WTF? to try to figure out to what bounds they will go to for him.

Time to get a move on. It's a BJ's day, as well as a stop at Publix to pick up a few things. We still have plenty of meatballs & sausage left, so G&E and their gang have volunteered to come for dinner tonight to help us finish it off instead of having to freeze anything. Isn't that nice of them? They absolutely NEVER turn down a free meal.
