Kathleen from San Diego. First cruise as a young kid when our family moved to England from NY to Southampton on the (original) SS Stantendam in 1966. . Many cruises since then and the next is a Montreal to Boston in September on the Windstar Pride. Probably going to stick to small ships from now on. Enjoyed the Paul Gaugin in Tahiti and a Uniworld River cruise in France much more than the mega ships.

Tom from PA. Honeymoon Cruise in 1981 and still cruising. Try to do one a year but once kids arrived that didn't work. We have done Carnival, Royal Caribbean, American Hawaii (long ago), AMA Waterways and Azamara. Scheduled are AMA Egypt in September and Carnival to Norway in June 2023. But still could squeeze another one in.

Hi fellow addicts! I am Alicia from near Seattle. My first cruise was 1984 on The Tropicale. I got married and my husband caught the addiction. We have been on Carnival, Princess, Holland, Royal, and this last March Disney Fantasy. I have things I like more and less on every ship and I love to meet others who are not totally loyal to just one. We are 31 days until our next Disney cruise on the brand new WISH. which will be number 20. We are looking to book a few more not sure where are which line yet. The next best thing to cruising is planning and getting excited about it. I love hearing what others have enjoyed.

Hi I am Terry and my wife is Elizabeth. Our first cruise was 2002. We love to cruise when possible. We love music themed cruises. Have been on Carnival and Celebrity cruise lines. Just got back in March from a seven day cruise on Celebrity. This was our first trip to Tortola, what an amazing island !

Hi, I'm Charlotte and my husband have been cruising for many years. Love it!! We live near Toronto Canada. We were to sail this August but just didn't feel comfortable travelling with Covid.. so we will wait. I had thought this Covid would be finished by now! I know we will cruise again

Hi! I'm Elec from the Dallas-Fort Worth area. I've been fortunate enough to enjoy a couple short cruises with Royal Caribbean and Norwegian as well as a longer one with P&O out of the UK where my brother worked a 6 month contract as a singer/dancer. I got to come aboard as a guest of his, along with our other brother, staying in his cabin on the entertainer's deck. Can't begin to tell you what a blast that was!

I’m Ellen from Central Florida. My late husband and I took our first cruise in 1995 on Celebrity’s Century. And, with only 2 exceptions, We continued cruising every year on Celebrity exclusively until his death 8 years ago. I traveled with friends on Carnival and RCCL beginning in 2015 and my last cruise was 2020.

Unfortunately, obligation at home will prevent me from cruising for the foreseeable future.

I'm so jealous that you're going on the Wish!!! I want to get my husband on a Disney cruise sooooo bad, because if for no other reason I know he'd love the level of service they provide and the Star Wars and/or Marvel-Days-at-Sea, but like everything else Disney they have priced themselves smooth out of our budget -- especially from here (Galveston.) We can take 3 Carnival cruises for what one DCL costs, and we're just not willing to go without cruising for as long as we'd have to in that case. :-( But I can't wait to hear about Wish -- I hope you'll post a review!

Hey All

I did a cruise as a single person about a decade ago. I like to peek in on the Cruise Community in case I decide to go again.

Bon Voyage and have fun.

Paul from New Canaan, CT. This forum was the best thing to prepare me for my 10 days on the Queen Mary 2! Hope to sail her again soon!
