I heard there were new menus, so thank you very much Serene56. My niece will be happy to see them before her upcoming cruise.

We are going on a short cruise. Do you think this menu is close to what they will offer?

The menus are the same on all the ships. All you have to do is figure out what menu they will serve for you- What night is your formal night--and go from there. that menu is the same for formal night on all the ships.

A question-- I did seem tohave a problem with getting the menus posted on webshots. My question is---when you pull it up--can you read the menus or are they tiny?

Sometimes they are tiny and you have to tell it to "fit to window" or "normal view". I managed to get it so that I could read them all.

Its not the same menu- if you look over on the carnival web site it lists a sample menu. Most of the dessert is new. Gone are the choc decadence which is my favorite. Creame Brulee is now something with lemon verbena instead of hazelnut. The flourless choc cake is now replaced by something else..which tastes like a burnt brownie.

The sweet & sour shrimp--although may look old on the menu the new stuff we get in the dining room puts that old stuff to shame. They used to have a jerked chicken-- now its jerked pork

It looks exactly like the menu we saw 2 weeks ago! We had berry creme brulee one night, and they also had a custard that was lemon and similar to creme brulee. It was served with basil ice cream! (The best ice cream we have ever had!!) Yummee!

Nick * Nors has a new dessert menu too. And no more crab legs.
