No, the comforters and bed spreads are not washed after every cruise, but if you go into your cabin and you check them and they're dirty, your steward/stewardess will change them for you.
Just FYI...they don't change and wash the bedspreads, blankets or comforters in hotels either. I check those those suckers before I put my body on them too!
