That CB&C sounds so good Judy and that is how I make it too, in the crock pot. We have haveing BBQed chicken, macaroni and cheese and corn. DD Mindy and family will be here for dinner.

Hmm...small garlic crusted prime rib for three with roasted balsamic fennel, broccoli and mashed potatoes...guess I haven't got enough Irish blood to know what I should have cooked.....however, ironically, I did pick one up some corned beef brisket in the store today and thought, mmm.that looks tasty...guess I should have bought it!
