Good morning everyone! I am getting ready to print out our documents and luggage tags today! I guess I will have to start seriously looking for cruise clothes now that it is so close..... I also need to check out the luggage situation..

I already have the suitcase out, Going to be doing some shopping soon and will bring the suit to the cleaners soon.

I was surprised that the quality is actually quite good and the design is silk screened. That company has various different polo shirts, tee shirts, caps, tote bags, mugs, etc. with the duck design, and we even found a similar one for Pucci. They also ship very fast.

What have I done???? I guess all of this duck stuff in the house has rubbed off on my youngest daughter as when we were at the grocery store last night looking at the Easter duck stuff my daughter said :I just love baby ducks, they are so cute!" I asked since when and she said I don't know, it's weird, it has just been the last 6 months or so. Steve gave me a look like gee I wonder where, LMAO
Guess we have a little too much duck stuff around here

Getting settled in. First week has been very interesting. Great folks on the team and looking forward to doing great things! Just remember ... "I'm from the government, and I'm here to help !" Scary, huh?

Ahoy again, Duck Crew!

I seem to be worrying some friends because I haven't been very prompt in answering *non-business* emails. I'm in the midst of taking care of all the behind-the-scenes work for Veendam that you never see that goes into a group. There's a lot of paperwork involved - i's to dot and t's to cross.​

Mama Duck, just glad to see that you are okay. Sorry you have so much work to do for the cruise but I am sure that it will be worth it once the cruise starts. Thanks for all the work that you do to make the cruises so wonderful. hugs.

Sis, please take particular notice that I have not been "bugging" you.

That is only because you told me the other day that you were swamped with work. I always check in here at C@ to see if you're posting....if you are, then I don't worry....too much!

NO ONE is bugging me, Sis. I appreciate everyone's concern. The work load is typcial for groups...and we do it behind the scenes. And since I never know if another "event" will occur spontaneously, I'd rather keep "it" as no news is good news. Yesterday was the first day I could get out to take care of long-overdue personal errands that were neglected since before I had my hospital stint the end of February.

I didn't mean to infer that anyone was bugging you, but rather that I wasn't.

My desktop here at work caught a virus yesterday and I'm pretty much dead in the water. I was able to get to my email earlier today, but now I can't even do that.

We all complain about our computers, but we're all traumatized when we lose them!

Judi...I am sympathizing with you at the loss of your computer. My old one died on the weekend and all this week I have been struggling with my new one....yes the old one bit the dust! I am becoming quite familiar with this one now but the Mac thing is all very new to me still and I am learning something new almost every time I sit down with it!

Mary Ann...I was about to "bug" you yesterday but as I see you posting from time to time decided to leave you alone! The time will come in several months when I will start to "bug" you again! :clap:

It is true that once you print those documents the cruise begins to become "real"! The excitement is beginning to build. I am looking forward to cruising to a new destination! I am looking forward to my balcony view! I am looking forward to seeing old friends once again and to meeting new ones! It's all good.....well, except for that loooooong flight!
