What do the NCL ships charge for soda by the week or longer cruises? I am only familiar with Princess' operation in this matter.

At this time you can bring all the water and soda on board you want. Carnival had mentioned a few years ago, the possibility of not allowing sodas or limiting them, but never carried through. I would expect, one of these days the lines will start limiting what you can bring on.
