The "MUST" pack on a cruise?

Credit Cards in my purse -- never leave home without them.

Copies of all cruise documents. Something usually goes wrong on all our cruises.

One major is the PASSPORT. One time Melinda forgot her's at home and was so lucky we discovered it that night and since we were sailing out of Galveston (about a 5 hour drive) she was able to leave around midnight and drive home and back. She was tired and took a nap as soon as we boarded the ship. Always check for it before leaving home as far as credit cards and/or money if one of us forgets the other has and a call to travel agent will help with any problems but can't get on the ship without passport (or birth cert and drivers license).

Ok, passport, credit card and cruise documents are already mentioned... maybe sunscreen could be added to that list, at least for us pale northerners if we go to the Caribbean at least if we want to enjoy the sun. For me a camera is a must too as I like to take some photos during my cruises.

A non-essential card with a magnetic stip to be used in the safe (and other stuff on the newer ships I understand).

I also always pack an extension cord because we like a fan at night and we use our cell phones for pictures so we need more that one outlet so we can charge our phones each night.
