Can I read my downloaded Kindle book on my amazon tablet without a WIFI connection on a Carnival ship?

Is this a trick question? I dont have a Kindle so…. If you can download a book and read it on your Kindle in your living room without wifi. You can do it on any ship.

you just can't download a new book. if it is already downloaded to the kindle/tablet you are fine.
