There is a place on the Millenium in the spa area that is called the Persian Garden. It has a sauna and two steam rooms, one regular and one herbal. There is a charge to use this area. It is wonderful. I recommend you try it at least once. Also there is a sauna in each the men's and women's locker room just off the thelassotherapy pool area and this is free of charge.
