Serenade of the Seas

We are cruising on the Serenade for our 10th anniversary in January. Our confirmation indicates that our cabin is on deck 7, which is immediately above the night clubs and casino. Any idea on what the noise level would be there? It is inexpensive to move up to deck 8. Should we go ahead and do it?

Thanks for your advice! This will be our 3rd cruise, but first on RCL.

I'll share this with you.........friends of ours were on deck 7 very close to the centrum and the music from the band was a big disturbance. This was on the Brilliance so I would imagine the Serenade will be the same. I'd change if I were you......

We just cruised on Serenade of The Seas,Great ship and had a great time. I can't wait to go again. We were on deck 7 cabin 7530 we didn't have any problems at all with noise.The only thing missing was lobster.That was our only disapointment.

Thanks for the info! When I called my agent I was surprised to find that we could move up to 8 for only $20, so we went ahead with it. Better safe than sorry we figured!
