Resort hotel/ breach recommendation for Grand Cayman?

We have not been to Grand cayman in several years.

Does anyone have a recommendation on where top spend the day?

We want to go to 7 mile beach and spend the day where there is a bar, restaurant, restrooms, watersports etc.

We would even consider day passes if available at a hotel / resort.

I loved Stingray City. Check out stingraycitycharters.com for a great trip. Loved the rum cakes too.

Zimo I am interested in the same information... So far I have heard the Holiday Inn on 7 mile beach is a nice place to go....
