Im new to cruising and wondering if there is anywhere to park your car if the ship is docking out of port canaveral?

Plenty of parking available at Port Canaveral.$ 12 per day payable with cash or credit card at time of parking.

If you go in for a pre-cruise stay at one of the local hotels, such as Radisson Resort at the Port, you can leave your car at the hotel and they will shuttle you over to the port. In many cases the funds you save from parking fees will pay for your one night hotel stay.

jsg96, The big advantage of flying in the day before is that you have a cushion in case of flight delays. Let me tell you first hand...it is no fun arriving at the destination airport with only minutes to spare to get to the ship before it sails =eek One time we were the last to board before sail-away, since then we always go in minimum 1 day prior.
