Loved all the photos. So glad you enjoyed your cruise. Also, I do not get bored with your review. Love hearing all about your cruise. It makes me think back when I visited those places.

A few of our fellow roll call members also had aft cabins, and we were yelling back and forth to each other as we sailed out of Nassau. I decided to call an emergency informal roll call meeting, and invited them to our cabin for drinks and conversation as we continued to sail away.....

We hung out for quite a while, having a great time, until Nassau was way out of sight. Afterwards, it was time to take a short little nap before getting ready for dinner. I awoke in time to catch the best sunset of the cruise.....

Tonight, we were back in the Gold Pearl Restaurant for dinner, and the service and food was very good once again. Tonight I had the shrimp cocktail, spinach & ricotta crepes, blackened tilapia, topped off with 3 scoops of ice cream. Patti had the vegetarian lasagna for her entree, and her usual butter pecan ice cream. I want you to meet the maitre’d of the Gold Pearl Restaurant, Constantine…..

A789.JPG

He’s a very nice guy, but he’s a Ken Byrne wannabe. He feels a need to sing a song almost every night, before the waiters put on their little show. He’s not that great a singer, but hey, he tries!! Tonight, the wait staff danced to Low, Low, Low (or whatever the title is)…..

A790.JPG

Ryan had spent the evening at Club O2, then went to the Spectacular Theater to play laser tag. They break you off into 4 person teams. The cost is $5.00 for five minutes….

A791.JPG

Tonight in the casino was the 2nd blackjack tournament of the cruise. I wound up being the top qualifier for the final table……

A792.JPG

But, for the second time on this cruise, once I got to the final table, lady luck would abandon me completely. I busted out after the fifth hand. My prize? You guessed it, another t-shirt that doesn’t fit me!!!!

Afterwards, we walked around the ship for a while, checked emails, then decided to call it a night. We were actually up past midnight!! We walked into the cabin, and of course our towel animal awaited us. OMG, it’s Senor Frog!!!! Good Night!!

Coming up next: Sea Day # 3, or are we really heading back to New York?

Majesty of the Seas is such a pretty ship, but looks so outdated compared to the newer ships. No balconies?? Wasn't this the scene of the crimes of an @ddict's group cruise? Mosaic???

Hello again everyone!! We are now up to Day 7, and our 3rd Sea Day…….

A797.jpg

When I woke up and pulled the curtain aside, I could tell that it was going to be another beautiful day. The seas were as smooth as glass!! I could tell that the sun was just coming up, but since we were now sailing north, I couldn’t see it. I quickly got dressed, and went up to Deck 10 to grab a coffee, and take some pictures….

Afterwards, I went back to the cabin, where I found Patti preparing three bags of dirty laundry to send out. Since all three of us are Platinum, we could send out up to nine bags free, but the three bags were all we needed since we know not to send any clothing of value down there. Anak collected our bags, so Patti and I went up to the Lido for breakfast.

Ryan met us at breakfast, and afterwards he and Patti went to the morning four game bingo session. I found out later that Patti had won again!!! This time it was "only" $100. But her winnings for the cruise so far were $1,000. Not to shabby!!!

I went down to check our emails, then spent the rest of the morning walking around, bar hopping, and taking a few pictures. The one thing that I did notice was that the upper decks were not as crowded as our last sea day on the way down. I guess after what could be three beach days, a lot of people didn't feel the need to be out in the sun.

I wound up at the Liner Bar, Deck 9 Aft, so while there I grabbed a sandwich from the Deli. It was now around 1pm, so I wanted to go watch the Super Trivia down by the Lobby Bar. Shot this picture of the Lobby from the top of the Atrium....

Once at the Lobby Bar, I met up with Patti, who told me about her latest bingo win, then snapped this picture of me enjoying a Thirsty Frog Red……

A817.JPG

The 2nd Slot tournament was now going on in the Casino, so Patti and I went to try our luck. Neither of us would wind up qualifying for the final. Oh well, you can’t win them all!! Patti went to go find Ryan and go to the afternoon five game bingo session. Though she needed just one more number a few times, she didn’t win. Gasp!!!

I spent the rest of the afternoon and early evening playing blackjack. Patti snapped this shot of me entering the casino to do battle!!!

A819.JPG

I did VERY, VERY well this time, insuring that I would be leaving the ship with some of their money, even if I lost a little bit the rest of the way. To celebrate, I went next door to the Our House Sports Bar for a thirsty Frog Red.

A821.JPG

Afterwards I went back to the cabin to hang out and relax until it was time to get ready for the 2nd Elegant Night. Patti was already on the balcony watching the sun sink lower in the sky. Oh No!!! I see that our debarkation info has arrived!!!

Tonight, we had another excellent meal at the Gold Pearl Restaurant. The service was really top notch! I had the shrimp cocktail, corn chowder, grilled tiger shrimp, stuffed peppers, topped off with baked Alaska. Patti had the grilled tiger shrimp for he entree, and her usual butter pecan ice cream. Tonight, the wait staff danced Gangham Style....

A851.JPG

After dinner, we went back to the cabin and found that our laundry had been returned in four bags.....

A854.JPG

Our latest towel animal was just hanging around!!!

A853.JPG

I changed into my bathing suit and headed up to the aft hot tubs, which I had almost to myself. It was a simply beautiful night, with a nearly full moon.

Patti went to check out the shops before they closed, then spent some time in the internet cafe. We both arrived back at the cabin right around midnight, ready for a good night's sleep. I have no idea what time Ryan came back. Good for him!!

Coming up next: Our FINAL sea day, or I'm not ready to be home yet!!!

I have been enjoying your review. I look forward to reading more. Thank you for taking the time to post the review and all the awesome pictures

Hello Everybody!!! Time to tell you about our final sea day……

A855.jpg

I awoke at 6:15am, and a peek behind the curtain revealed that today would be another beautiful day. The seas were so flat, that you would think we were sailing on a lake. I grabbed our camera and made my way up to deck 9 to have a cup of coffee, and take some shots of what was another beautiful sunrise…..

A859.JPG

I went back to the cabin to snooze for another hour or so. When I woke up for good, I wasn’t feeling like having breakfast today, but Patti did, and afterwards she went to the internet cafe to check emails and other things. The internet manager told her that he was refunding 25% of our plan price because the internet was not working right for two days. We were happy about that!!

A862.JPG

I started getting things together to begin packing and prepping for when they would be kicking us off tomorrow. The last day is so bittersweet for me. Yes, you are still aboard and there are plenty of things to see and do, but in the back of your mind you are also thinking about what you need to do by tomorrow morning. Patti stopped by to get Ryan, and go to the morning session of bingo, (no winners). I decided to walk around and snap some more photos. I made my way down to the Lobby Bar and decided to have a few Thirsty Frog Reds….

A863.JPG

I started to make my way upstairs. The photo gallery……
