Orlando- Port Canaveral transfers

About to try my first RCCL cruise--- just a 3day on the Monarch from Port Canav. in January. Been on many other cruises on many lines, but always preferred Celebrity!!! Just want a quick get away, so thought I would try it. Will I be OK??? LOL.. Anyway my main question--- anyone have recommendations for Orlando airport to Port Can. transfers??? Wanted to get a private ride, rather than a "seat on the bus!" Was looking at Ace Luxury Transportation of Orlando. Has any one used them before, and if so what did you think???

We have always rented a car at the airport. We use Budget car rental, they are right at the airport and you can leave it at their rental agency at PC.
That way you have a car to use if you need to stop and pick up anything you might have forgot. Budget has a shuttle to take you to the port. Budget picks you up at the port and takes you to pick up your car and off you go.

Lots of folks have used Art's Shuttle but I heard thay went out of business. If so, that's a shame. Anyone else have any info on Art's?

Cocoa Beach Shuttle provides great service and they are less expensive than the cruise line busses. http://www.cbshuttle.com/rates.htm

Renting a car in Orlando is usually pretty inexpensive but stay away from Payless in Orlando. We had a nightmare experience with Payless.

I used the RCC shuttle. It was $37 per person. Took you right to the front door
