So what's your favorite beverage for those who visited New Orleans in the past? Let's share for those who will be visiting for the first time.


To start, I like the Hurricane from Pat O'Briens.

Hurricanes I can get at home. I have 4 places to check for the beer. Wegmans is one of them. At least I know where we are going to eat next week. lmao.

If I drink how do I get designated driver for scooter--kinda partial to Hurricnes--hot chocolate and Benginets--and Oyster any way I can get them.

I'm getting the red x too on Denises picture.

Maureen-I can get hurricanes around here, it is the beer that I am curious about(never heard of it). Only a few places might sell it. Wegmans would be one. I had my first Alaska Amber on an Alaskan cruise and Wegmans sells it during the summer. Go figure. Spend all that money, fly across country and I can get the beer here. geesh.

I've seen the beer here but then again we have this place called Jungle Jims that has beer from just about everywhere.

Heard them talking abt handgrenades other night on TV.

Suer maybe I had better leave drinking other had trouble enough drving in some places as it was I can just enjoy you all having a good time. Joe and leather neck don't drink either.

I make a great onboard Bloody Mary, just have to scarf some tomato juice from the lido or room service.

Yes, there are the standard cruise refrigerators crammed with overpriced water/soda/beer/spirits/candy etc.
