Just wondering if anyone has been on the Navigator and can tell me if you have to pay at Johnny Rockets and at Chops Grille? I also heard you have to get tickets for the ice skating shows? Is this true? Thanks for your help!

Not speaking from experience with Navigator but on Radiance there was a $20 charge for Chops.

Having been on the Voyager and Adventure, yes you do need tickets to the ice skating shows. The only charge at Johnny Rockets is for the shakes and pop, the food is not an extra charge.

You do have to get tickets for the ice skating show but they are free. Just make sure to go early it is really worth it.

There is a charge for Chops Grille and the shakes and sodas at Johnny Rockets, but the ice skating show tickets are free. They also offer open skating to the passengers at no charge. The shakes at Johnny Rockets are truly delicious. The ice skating show is not to be missed. It was wonderful. On our sailing they had the ice skating shows on three different nights. After the first show, we had to see another. You will love it!!

Does anyone know if you have to bring your own skates to go skating, or can you rent them?

thanks,
k

Kate...Skates are there for your rental..no charge..We will be on her on 4/26..Can hardly wait

On the Navigator the cost for the speciality restaurants was $25. There is also a $3.95 charge for Johnny Rockets, only the Mariner and Navigator charge for JR (at least right now).

Hello Honeymooners.....

All the previous posts are correct. One thing I haven't heard anyone say is how AWESOME Chops is. :chef

We went when we were on Navigator last November and it is WELL worth the $25. Food was superb and the service was spectacular. This would be a nice romantic dinner for two on your honeymoon. :couple Don't pass it up :thumb

Happy Cruising,
