Good morning! No snow in the picture for us today. Sorry that's what you'll be getting, Rita. You really do need to spend winter in Florida. It's the best way to pass the winter months. Just ask any of the snowbirds all over the place.
Joanne & Jeff are coming down this month. It's about the only time Jeff could clear his calendar. They're flying down using some of his frequent flyer miles, so we'll pick them up at the airport. Now I have to decide if I want to subject Joanne to the possibility of her winning a BK gift card!

PH - FYI we've had those Bite Me shirts since the Brilliance cruise.

San - Change the oil in one of these very fine Gator shirts? I don't think so. I would suggest that you get an Oklahoma Sooners national championship shirt. I heard that changing oil is about all they're good for!!!:lol

I just tried to call Kris to find out how Gary made out in the half marathon this morning, but I guess they're still having too much fun. The run started at 5:50 this morning!!!!:

Checking in........Been out and about all morning.................groomer,Staples,wing place,etc,etc.........now Im home and relaxing..............put the tv on and wound up ordering new fry pans from HSN.........I should never put those kind of channels on........spend my money..........

July 15, 2002 is when we left on BR and I gave the shirts out in the Schooner Bar. Eddie and Roland were there, along with Pam and Dub....

Roland also gave out T Shirts.........good thing.....I forgot to bring something to wear on Formal nights.....had to wear one T shirt twice.

Just came in.laid out by the pool...finished a book I have been reading forever and fell sound asleep with the sun beating down on my face.....why does that make you sleepy??? Felt good, then the darn ice cream man (and his carousel music) woke me up!

Beautiful day to fall asleep outside reading. Ain't nothing wrong with that! That's one of the +++ that we live here for.

Getting ready to head for Kris & Gary's for dinner to celebrate his run today. He did the half marathon in about 2 hours 5 minutes. I think that beats his last one by about 12 minutes! Kris' aunt also did the race. She walked part of the way, so it took her over 3 hours.
We're bringing some of the leftovers from Thursday with us. I have to get this stuff out of here, or Bert's going to eat it all. OK ... I will too!

Good morning! Or should I say a chilly good morning? Not going to be our normal weather this week. That's for sure. I even broke down and dug out a sweater to wear. What's wrong with that picture?

Heard about the end of free beer at the parks. That stinks! ImBev sure is buring the candle from both ends. First they increase Sea World admission price $5. to $75 a day. That along is ridiculous, but to then charge $5. for a beer adds insult to injury. That means it's going to cost everyone an additional $10. to go to the park and enjoy a cold beer on a hot day.:X Plus that means no more beer school! That was always a fun activity. I sure am glad I got my diploma from beer school while it was still around. I doubt that we'll be going to SW or BG in the future. Bert used to get 12 passes. Now he gets 12 HALF PRICE tickets ... big deal!!! You're better off with the "pay for a day and come back for the year" tickets. Sad that they take better care of general public than employees. OK, I'll get off my soapbox.

Birthday party yesterday was a lot of fun. We actually stayed a lot longer than I expected we would. Had we left earlier, I would have called you, PH, to see about maybe going to dinner. I would have loved to go to Harry's.

Guess I better get my fanny in gear and get some stuff done around here. I don't know why I'm bothering as the MMs will be here tonight and they place is usually a mess after they leave.

I JUST printed a coupon from Harrys...............free appetizer with dinner entree.........Would had loved to have gone with you last night........we wound up at Outback........sat at the bar and did appetizers............

It is sooooooooooooooooooo cold,its not funny..........I think cuz there is no sun,it feels worse............and its only going to get colder....................

All the theme parks are overpriced...........It always amazes me how much a family from out of state comes down and spends a week..........can you imagine the cost??????????????

Ha Ha ... I just got the coupon from Harry's too! Much better chance you'll get to use it. Too much going on the next couple of weeks to even think about going to Harry's for dinner. Too badd ... some of those new dishes sound so good!

Our rain only started a little over an hour ago. I saw where you've been getting it since last night. At least now it's almost over for your area. We still have hours to go.

Man, has the temperature dropped here since I last went outside! It's dropped at least 10 degrees in the past hour. Shades of things to come????

Just remember Kettle Cooked chips are made of potatoes and that's a vegetable. Have a glass of wine with it and you're getting a serving of veggies & fruit!
