I don't read FB very often. Just happened to check it due to Laurie's post today about things she was doing and Brian's answer to her about needing to get spell check:lol She is an absolutely awful speller and always has been.
Besides, I don't know how to use it!!!

I bet the pool felt great. It's a good day for it.

Missy and Justin are on their way down. Wesley is in Texas with Jimmy until tomorrow, so she has to pick him up during the afternoon.

Happy Mother's Day to all the ladies on here and to the wife of the one guy that's here.

Too many pictures, huh? See ... That's another reason I don't post on FB. I wouldn't want to get anyone upset with too many posts or pictures!

Missy made breakfast this morning - western omelets. I am so full that I doubt I'll want to eat much for the rest of the day!

Not doing much today. Dinner tonight is at K&G's

Had brunch at Mimis but not real happy.........they had a very limited menu for today..understandable,but wish they told me when I booked the ressie last week........the email even says choose from our wide variety on the menu...........would had gone somewhere else,but the crowds at the restaurants were crazy today..............

Dennis then went to work..........I had some shopping to do,then came home and cleaned the pool and put together a fan I bought.............16 pieces and says it takes 15 mins to assemble.....yea right.................how come nothing these days comes assembled anymore??????

TAR and Apprentice finale tonight!!

Brunch for Mother's day at Angeline and Anthony's......they did an excellent job.

Yep....DVR is set up....will watch it later so we can skip through the commercials. I want the Deaf guy and his Mom to win.....but have a funny feeling that the two cheerleaders will blunder into it......even though they haven't played well most of the race.

Good morning! As PH said, another hot day headed this way and then a cool down (88-89) for a couple of days. The rain part is what we all want. We haven't had a drop here in a month! The lake is way down and everything is so dry.

PH - Sorry that Mimi's was so crowded and they didn't have their normal menu. That stinks! But look at it this way - At least you got to go out to eat and that's a good thing.
Any idea yet as to whether we're going to be able to get together this week?

San - Don't feel too bad about your FB comment and all the kid pictures. I tend to get tired of them too!

Went to K&G's for dinner last night. It was very good. Got home in time to watch most of Apprentice. Only problem was that Brian called during the last half hour. I saw the ending, but haven't a clue about what was said. After all, I did have to listen to Brian! I didn't particularly like either of the finalists, so I really didn't care which one won.

Time to get my fanny in gear. Not sure what's going on here today aside from the MMs coming for dinner tonight.

darn-if we had thought about it,could had gotten together today.................but now I am headed to town........

Wed and Thursday ,Lauren is coming to visit........so thats out.........if Dennis gets home tonite,maybe tomorrow?? I'll ask him later to see what his ETA is......and if he feels likes getting back on the road............I know though,he is always up for a trip to the FL mall..............

I'm getting a perm tomorrow at 11:30. If tomorrow works for you, it would have to be later in the afternoon 3 or 4ish. I even have a coupon from Buca for a free dessert for my birthday!
Also got birthday emails for goodies at Mimi's and Texas de Brazil. Now that last one is the best - FREE DINNER!!!! I'd never go there if we had to pay $43.pp.

Don't forget the shuttle launch this afternoon. We're going to head over by Lake Toho to watch it. Only a few light clouds, so we should be able to see it clearly.

Went to watch the shuttle launch. Unfortunately, there were too many clouds between us and the coast, so we only got to see the shuttle for a couple of seconds. Everyone on MN got one heck of a treat to start their cruise. I'm sure we'll hear all about it from SS when she gets back.

I missed it................I was floating around in the pool.................looked at the clock(not realizing its off by 4 mins).......then Dennis called to tell me he saw it.................oh well,it was pretty cloudy here too.............

Woo Hoo!!!! It's raining here!!!!! First rain in over a month. I hope it puts some of the pollen on the ground, as I've been having lots of allergy issues with this dry weather.

Time to make dinner for the MMs ... UGH!!!
