We stayed at the Sheraton Biscayne Bay. It is across the harbour from the cruise ships. It is a nice hotel on a great location. We walked down to the mall area that evening and found a great place to eat, as well as listen to some wonderful music. They do not provide shuttle service, and I think we paid about $18 for the cab fare to the pier. It was quick and a beautiful drive.
I paid $35 for the room on priceline.
