Is this the Ramen Noodle recipe Maw?

Oriental Cashew Cole Slaw

1 bag of Ramen noodles, Oriental flavor, (Crush noodles while in bag, then toss into container, save seasoning mix for the dressing, listed below)

1 bag of Cole Slaw. I’m lazy; you can fresh cut your own if desired. Make about 4 cups.
1 cup, lightly salted cashew halves of whole
½ cup, sunflower seeds
Mix together in a container that can be tightly sealed and set in fridge over night.

Dressing:
½ cup of sugar; 1 cup of vegetable oil’ 1/3 cup of vinegar
Seasoning mix from Ramen noodles

Mix together in a container that can be tightly sealed and also refrigerate over night. About an hour before serving, mix the two together. The reason I suggest tightly sealed containers, is so that the mixture can be shook. You will want to do that several times before serving.

WOW denise.. that sounds good.
please enter it into the recipes..
I am copying it out right now.
Thanks.
on the few times we go to Applebees.. I always order their Oriental chicken salad.. I love the different tastes and textures.

Maw, I'm a big salad lover too, especially in the summer. We also eat alot of fresh veggie dishes. Hubby, doesn't like Avocados, but I do. So I get to eat them all by myself. lol
I'm pleased to hear that your infection is healing well.

Jan, I'm sorry to hear that your feeling worse. Is it a flu bug, or is this a part of the pneumonia? It doesn't sound good either way. perhaps you should give the doctor a call.

Twinkles, you certainly have had a busy summer thus far. Hope your neck heals well. Bless you for opening your home to kids who need a place to stay.

Donna, have fun in Vegas, I think it's great that the two of you can get away by yourselfs. Have Fun!

Here is another EZ Breezy summer dinner that we like

Tortellini Salad

1 package fresh cheese tortellini
2 or green onions chopped
Basket of grape tomatoes (cut tomatoes in half)
sliced black olives (optional)
Pepperoni (optional)
Italian or balsamic salad dressing.

Cook tortellini as directed and quickly cool under cold running water. Drain well and put in salad bowl with chopped onions, tomatoes and olives & small dices of pepperoni (if you choose to use). Toss with your favorite Italian or balsamic salad dressing.

Niecie I am sure the Oriental cole slaw is one thanks so much--those others sound good too so guess I will have to copy them-printer is out of ink darn it.

Been messing on computer all afternoon and have accomplished nothing. Thanks for recipes.

Nieciez --- thanks for that recipe with the ramen noodles. My friend makes that quite often and has yet to give me the recipe when I ask for it!! I think she wants to keep it a guarded secret! I know it's the right one because I've seen her put most of those ingredients in. The only thing I've seen her do differently is to toast that ramen noodles in the oven for a bit. And hers doesn't have cashews in it either! I'm going to make it to serve with our deep fried halibut meal next weekend.

And hey -- I really am working on getting that link of wedding photos posted!!!
