Rotterdam Dining Room: features impeccable service and an extensive wine list. Five-course menus include continental cuisine, vegetarian and low-carb options
Cuisine: Continental
Dress Code: Two formal nights; others resort attire. Shorts and swim wear not permitted.2 formal nights on 7 day cruises -- 3 on 10 day cruises -- 4 on 14 day cruies -- etc.
Surcharge: No
Reservations Required: Yes Fixed dining does not require a reservation. Also the open seating does not require a reservation unless you choose to do so -- you can make reservations for 2 nights at a time from 5:15 - 6:15 and from 7:30 - 9 PM. The time in between -- no reservations.
Hours
Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. On sea days the dining room will not open until 8 AM -- we have been on a couple of ships when they did not open for breakfast until 8:30!! Port days -- tends to differ on some ships -- anywhere from 6:30 AM - 8 AM!!
Lunch: 11:30 noon – 2:30 p.m.
Dinner: Early - 5:45 p.m. (upper level) or 6:15 p.m. (lower level), Late – 8:00 p.m. (upper level) or 8:30 p.m. (lower level) Fixed seating on the Upper Level is at 5:45 and 8 PM -- but on our recent Zuiderdam cruise -- fixed seating was at 5:30 and 7:45 PM. The lower level of the dining room is now Open Seating from 5:15 - 9 PM.
Pinnacle Grill: This intimate reservations-only venue offers an elegant, sophisticated dining experience. Featuring premium Sterling Silver beef, inspired seafood dishes and many select wines rated "Excellent" by Wine Spectator - as well as distinctive Bvlgari® china, Riedel® stemware and Frette® linens
Cuisine: Pacific Northwest -- GONE!!
Dress Code: Formal --GONE -- we have seen people dine for dinner in JEANS!!! And nothing was said to them.
Surcharge: Yes, $20 per person If you are a Four Star Mariner -- it is only $10 per person.

Dinner only: 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Times are now 5:30 - 9:30 -- have been since HAL introduced the "As You Wish Dining" concept about 1 1/2 years ago.
Lido Restaurant: offers a relaxed ambiance for all three meals and features a variety of fresh, cooked-to-order specialties
Cuisine: Assorted Buffet
Dress Code: Casual
