Large bottles of water. A few years ago I learned the hard way (sudden increase in blood pressure) that it is easy to become dehydrated while on a cruise or traveling in general. I realized that I was not drinking enough water and quickly downed a couple bottles of water to get things under control.
At home, I continually drink water all day long, but this can be more difficult to do when traveling. Therefore, I always make sure to drink at least 1 large bottle of water as my known minimum amount each day and have additional water when available throughout the day. Having the fridge fully stocked with large bottles is an easy method to always have at least cool water at hand. No need to have junk in the fridge.
