Great White Passage excursion

Looking for input from anyone who has taken the Scenic White Passage Rail excursion up the mountain and then biked back down.

I've seen them biking down on several trips if taken on the train and no one that I saw was required to pedal. :) I think that would be it for the most part except a bit of getting started at the top and finishing on the flat at the bottom. If you book through the Rail Road you will likely have to get downdown to the station on your own. Opposite on the return I think. PS I would recommend Hal out of Vancouver.
