Golden Princess " PANORAMIC LIFTS "

I have just one question ; ok if you see a Princess Brochure and you Look for the grand class ships Atrium . The atrium has 3 decks but if you see when the elevators pass the atrium main 3 decks ; you would see " panoramic Lifts " Here is the question

were do they Look ¿?

When you go past the atrium in one of the glass elevators, you see a blank wall...

For those 3 decks, you look out into the atrium, but after that, it's a black wall.

Didnt they have gold dots flashing on he black wall.? I cant remember, in either case, its a black wall.

I just call my travel agent , and she say , its is a wall but it has art work on it , also betwen decks there is water bubles on the wall , LiKe lines of water ;
