Just had to share a conversation I had with a Frontier Airlines representative this afternoon when getting seat assignments for our flights. She reminded me to call 24 hours before leaving to confirm flight times. I mentioned that I’d have to take my chances on the return portion as I’d be on a cruise ship until time to dash for the airport. She casually asked what cruise line and I responded “Holland America.†She breathed an audible sigh of relief and said “Holland America is well known to us for their service, if you will speak with someone on board ship I’m sure they will call for you to reconfirm your reservations. They give such excellent customer service. I’m sure you are going to have a wonderful cruise.â€Â
