We usually take ship excursions, mostly because of my disability. It's just easier. However, that said, we do like getting off and wandering around the local stores, especially the grocery stores. I remember going to Huahine and finding Grand Marnier Triple Sec in the liquor aisle of a small grocery store. The only other place we'd seen it was Paris. Such a find! I would miss not having those adventures.At the same time, if that's what it take to get us cruising again at first, I'm all for it.
