I'll admit to looking & poasting there, but I think the name says a lot - Critic. . . . they are very active.

Oh yes, most of us have stopped in there at one time or other. Just makes us appreciate this board all the more when we come back home.
Actually I still go there daily only because it currently has a good roll call going for this next cruise that hubby and I have booked for November. Whenever I venture any farther onto their other pages, I'm very careful to put on my armour first (figuatively speaking of course.)
There are some really good people there too, BUT they also seem to have a quite number of posters who just delight in chopping people off at the knees. You may find some good info there, but you will have to sift though a good bit of negativity, and watch out for the occasional ambush along the way.
It's much nicer here where everyone encourages you to ask any question at all, and no one gives negative opinions on other people's opinions.
So ask away, any cruise questions at all. We never get tired of talking about cruises.
BTW: We even have the AFT deck where we just socilize and can ask any other kind of question. So stop on by.

Yeah, they can get pretty nasty over there. I have found some good information...in fact just found someone who is going on the cruise I'll be on...but I tread lightly there...very lightly...

Guys I'm not a troll just a person who is going on their 1st cruise soon and wants to make friends and get advise. I found cruise critic through Tripadvisor. After posting questions and being what I believe to be insulted by members I decided to check this site out.
I'm just looking for advise on my 1st cruise with my hubby. For those that thanked me for coming on board Thanks.
