Covid requirements for Vancouver?

We’re doing the Alaskan inside passage leaving September 10 on the Majestic.

Canada has not changed its rules and it doesn't look like they will anytime soon. Still need to be double vaxed and a Arrive Can app completed and negative test before boarding in Vancouver.
