My wife and I are also going on this trip, only our second Carnival Cruise and we are really looking forward to it. Still waiting for our paperwork tho, so don't know about our room yet.

Myself and 4 friends will be going on this sailing. Someone told me it was an Irish cruise with lots of Irish musicians?

What? Definetly NOT irish! The conquest has impressionistic artist decor. Beautiful art work and lighting fixtures. All the dining rooms and lounges are named after old artist.IE: Monet dinning room, Renior Dining room. Toulouse lounge, Degas Lounge. Just a few examlpes. But not Irish. We just returned on 12/28 /03. Happy Sailing!

The cruise is not Irish, but there will be cruisers who booked a "Irish Cruise" , there will be special entertainment for us that is not accessable by the rest of the cruisers.
