I am also having some problems getting on line with Celebrity. I am using internet explorer and a PC so your problem is not limited. If I can't get through soon will be calling to find out what the problem is.

I'm looking for an alternative cruise in 2006 and am considering the Bermuda cruise out of Norfolk. What is really making me think twice are the age of the ship/minimum balconies, and how difficult it has been to access information online at their site. I spend a lot of time websurfing and find Celebrities site very user difficult. I'm comparing a longer carribean cruise on HAL versus the Celebrity Bermuda cruise considering the ships, cost of the cruise and our previous satisfaction with HAL. To this day I have not received any return correspondence from Celebrity either online or land mail, or phone, concerning my questions. Kind of reminds me how Carnival never could get around to us before our upcoming cruise in a couple of weeks.

Jim, I have trouble with the Celebrity site too. It is NOT user friendly, IMHO.

Tried the change in address (celebrity.com/home) and it worked. Hard to understand why they would make such a change when so many people have the old address book marked. Thanks for the help.
