Celebrity email?

Just curious -- anyone have trouble getting responses out of "X"?

Emailed them a ? twelve days ago and no response. I know I could call, but now I just want to see if they bother to answer.
 
I always get an answer within 2 days, but they always refer me to my TA. Maybe you should try again and refer to the original so they know its not your first attempt.

My experience is this.... The tougher the question the longer they take to get back...if ever.
 
I emailed them this week and received an answer within 24 hours. Maybe they didn't receive it.
 
Thanks all -- emailed them again and got a response three days later. Maybe the first one got lost in cyber space!

Anyway, for anyone interested, "X" does offer transfers from Dover UK, to Heathrow for $67 (USD) per person.
