I wonder if that is effective immediately...sort of a sign of things to come business model?

I just paid a $20 check baggage fee on Airtrain on Thursday. It was a carry on size but I had so much chocolate that I had to carry it on so had to check my carry on that I flew out with. It was so small and would fit in overhead however I had a briefcase and the bag of chocolate so I had to pay $20 to check a small carry on size bag.
