We flew to Miami last year, took a shuttle from the airport to Hertz, rented a car for 24 hours, returned the car the next day, took a shuttle from Hertz to the port of Miami. Both shuttles were free. Hertz, Avis, National, etc., etc. are all located in the same area almost between Miami International Airport and the port of Miami.
