Bringing wine or liquor on board

This is my 2nd cruise with Carnivelle. We are going on the Conquest next week. I remember last time we went we were able to sneak 2 bottles of wine on with us. Does anyone have any tips or experience at this. Just trying to save a few dollars

Carnival allows a reasonable amount of wine and soda to be carried onboard--no reason whatsover to sneak it on. other alcohol is another thing-- put it into your checked luggage and you will be fine.

We brought 3 bottles of hard liquor on our cruise. We bought the plastic bottles and wraped them in plastic bags and clothes in our checked luggage. No problems getting them through security.

I dont think you will have any problem; We carried liquor on in my purse, some in checked luggage. brought alot back too.... got hooked on their funshp specials! lol

For those who sneak liquor on board, also take a mug and an empty water bottle with you. In the morning, fill up the empty water bottle with OJ or the free juice of your choice. Then mix it with your liquor in your mug to take with you all day and no one will know what it is that you're drinking.

They also sell 2 different size insulated mugs with tops at the gift shop. That way your dinks can stay nice and cold.
