I am doing very well with my pancrease no pain at all for the last 2 months...the CT scan shows everything is in good working order...so by cruise time I should be good to go.

Jim, glad to hear all is well for you. 4 women...shouldn't you be bring 3 vehicles...2 for their luggage :D Are you going to park of site to save some cash? Same here on the excursions...just going to wing it here as well.

We will park at the pier. With all the luggage I just think parking else where we will have to move luggage 2 more times and it just ain`t worth it to me :)

BTW Big Cats Sara will be having a baby girl tomorrow at 9:00am c section :) Just one more Big Cat.....I will be a Grandpa again...4 grandchildren... am I getting old or what.

Just checking in. We both have been very busy with work. We are just flying by the seat of our pants this cruise too. George are we still renting the jeep in Aruba? Should we try to book one in advance or just get one on the day in case we change our minds? Aruba is really the only island I have done any research on so far. Going to start packing this weekend because I am out of town from the 15 - 20th in Texas. Not much time left to get it all together after I get home. Leaving Sat morning bright and early to go meet up with Barb abd Greg and ride down with them. See you all real soon!

Jim glad to hear that you are doing well. I have a question though, if they take all the harware out that made you feel better then will you start to revert back to not feeling well?

Sara had her baby today Ryanna Hope Myers 7lbs 4oz about 11:00am both mom and baby are doing well.

I had some drains and stints put in my pancrease, I am doing well enough to have it all removed. Ishouldn`t have any problems after this.

Congrats on the 4th grandchild! Now you have caught up with us! LoL Glad to hear you, Sarah and baby girl are doing well. I know Hope is happy about the girl being named after her! Now, we are ready to cruise! Woo hoo!

I know how you hate to get up late, but we are counting on you to get here on time to make the cruise! LoL

After researching, the excursions that are interesting to us are mentioned already. We do want to walk around the ports too. Don't know if we can get it all in on this trip.

I am planning on packing starting Monday. I am going to try to pack in a 25 in suitcase this year. Wish me luck! My neighbor stated that she and her husband pack shoes in another suitcase. That sounds good to me.

How is the body building going? I have been going to the gym for two years and still look the same. However, I do feel better going out than going in to work out.

Let's just plan on renting when we get there...we could get off the ship and find something we like better...should be pretty simple either way.

Oh I'm building on it...in the wrong way though. Weight lifting days are over due to a heart condition. Now would be happy to shed about 25 lbs.

I have started packing, but continue to have interruptions of things to do, ie awards assembly, doctor apptmts, etc. Hopefully, I will get it done before cruise time.

Is anybody going to take beverages onboard? You can write me email if you like.

I am currently packing a medicine kit. It has been so helpful on every cruise. Better get busy packing as I have been busy with other things this morning.

I dont think we are taking adult beverages on this time....but we'll probably take some bottled water and diet coke.

We are really looking forward to the cruise. I know I sound like a broken record! Work has just been so busy. And getting the house in order, decorating, and really just getting settled seems to take every free moment. My parents are going to see the house next Wednesday for the very first time. They'll be coming up to house it the kitties and perhaps water the new yard, assuming we get it planted before we go!

Tomorrow a community yard sale begins....and we'll be participating in that. We thought we got rid of all of our excess stuff before we moved, but somehow we've found more. It's amazing how your taste in decorating can change with a new house. We are even putting out our living room furniture (sofa, loveseat and chair) just because it's not our style any more. We've had it 12 years but it's in excellent condition. I am hoping we sell it, but if we don't we'll hold on to it and sell it later in the years. I'll use the proceeds towards new furniture.

There's always something going on.

So, if you are in the Cleveland area for the next few days, be sure to stop by and visit our yard sale. Haha.

I have done very little packing, but hope to accomplish some today. I went to the awards assembly for the two oldest grandchildren yesterday all day as one was early and the other after lunch. At their parochial school, only character traits are awarded to every child. Mattea received responsibility (typical tween doesn't pick up around here) and Joey received honesty (not regarding hitting his siblings) LoL.

If I lived near, I would stop by. I enjoy going to garage sales. I discover all kinds of interesting items.

Hi All,
I had my last operation today, They took out all the hardware they put in and I am good to go. I feel very well and like Sheree I don`t want to sound like a broken record but I need this cruise. I did start packing already have stuff at the cleaners I pick up tomorrow. Saturday I am going to try to get everyone together to make sure all the paper work (passports, dive cards, birth certificates) and fill out the camp carnival paper work. I kinda get worrid about now that we will miss something. I took the friday before the cruise off just to make sure we have everything. I hope everyone is doing well We are all just getting over the flu bug that is going around.Next week at this time I will be on vacation!!!!

Barb, I am not a huge garage sale person, but this neighborhood was insane last night! The funniest thing, to me, was all the Amish people shopping at the houses. I may have mentioned that the Amish framed our house. They worked like crazy and did an amazing job. Well, they don't drive cars, of course, so they have a driver who drives them in a van. We had probably a dozen Amish people come into the garage and they were buying like crazy. All these women were all over my towels, sheets and linens! The funniest part was when one of them bought my old JCPenney quilt! I thought that Amish people are supposed to make their own gorgeous quilts???

Oh, and I should mention that I was working my tail off, making change, selling things, etc. while my darling husband was standing in the drive drinking beer and bonding with the neighbors!

I am now in cruise mode... have all our paper work together (passports and birth certificates, Bubbas wallet) and all paper work for the kids camp carnival signed, boarding passes in hand, dry cleaning all picked up, packing starts now. I am so ready to cruise, work has ben he**. I need this week to just chill and forget about work and enjoy our Big Cats family.
