Congratulations on your cruise. I think you'll have a fantastic time - it's a wonderful itinerary! Canada Place is most attractive. I'll be cruising out of Canada Place on Volendam about 3 weeks after you. Yes, that Terminal can handle multiple ships. I don't know if there's a Tim Horton's in Canada Place as I always stay at one of the hotels there, and go directly from hotel to ship. There's a food court in Canada Place's lower level, but I don't remember seeing a Tim Horton's. That might have changed, though. I was last there in May, 2009.
