As Don sail, you don't have to smuggle it on but you do have to pay a corkage fee. I really think, at least our experience, if you are just bringing 1 or 2 bottles you many not even get stuck with the $15 fee, but more than that you will. You are right about the other lines not really caring, but that too may change in the very near future. It just takes one line to start something. Good expample, until just a few months ago you could buy liquor in the gift shop on RCI ships and pay a service fee to take it back to your cabin: NO more. If you buy it, it will stay in the shop until the night before the end of the cruise.NMNita
