Denise, we had the same as you except for the dumplings....we had riced Yukon Gold potatoes.....yummmmmmmm!!!!!!!I'm glad to read you celebrate the same way. My Mother always made pork on New Years Day, as it was a "tradition!" Since her Mother was German, it would make sense! :thumb
