Our daughter was 4-5 months old on her first cruise. Starting her early... I believe we used the little swimmer pants, but we always had her go before we went to the pool. We never had any problems, but then again that was 5 years ago. Just don't flush the toilet with the little one in the bathroom. ha ha ha
