What Info Should I Have Ready for Royal Caribbean Online Check-In?

We have a party of 9 people across 4 cabins sailing on Vision of the Seas out of Baltimore near the end of June, and our online check-in opens May 11. Since we’ll be arriving in multiple vehicles, we’re hoping to secure the same arrival time slot for everyone — ideally the earliest one available.

To give ourselves the best chance, a few of us plan to log in right at midnight and quickly complete everyone’s check-in information at the same time.

To help streamline the process, can anyone share exactly what information is required during online check-in so we can gather everything in advance? I’ve cruised before and done check-in for myself, but since we’ll be entering information for several other people this time, I want to make sure we’re fully prepared and don’t have to stop to track down missing details.

Also, does the process go passenger-by-passenger, or is most of it handled by cabin? Any info is appreciated!

My experience with check in times is this. It is indeed first come first serve by the time you try to sign in on line. It does not take long to go to the next times. In reality at the port with arrivals coming from all over the place via Plane Train & automobile. It does not matter to anyone at the Port what time you get there. Just make sure you are all together when you enter the process at the port to make things as happy as you can. It really is not important at if someone is early or not either. They will look after you . Just dont be tooooo Late.
This really didint answer your question. But its just the usual stuff you need Passport names numbers etc. and if you have gotten to the check in part already you should have all the answers. It doesn't hurt to have everybodys room number and booking names handy though. I think RCL will allow you to complete everything up to the health check which they will ask for at a date closer to the cruise.

I would make a simple checklist before check-in opens: full legal names exactly as on travel documents, dates of birth, citizenship, passport or document numbers with expiration dates, home address, phone/email, emergency contact, reservation numbers, cabin numbers, and Crown & Anchor numbers if anyone has one.

For a group that large, I would try to grab the arrival time first and then go back to finish anything that can wait. The health questions are usually closer to sailing, not the first night check-in opens.

It is mostly passenger-by-passenger, but tied to each reservation/cabin, so having one organized person handle each cabin can be smoother than one person trying to do all 9 at once.
