We have sailed in November several times and are booked on the Holiday out of Mobile the week of Thanksgiving. The weather, in the past, has been fine, but every time I have made that Nov. reservation I have had in the back of my mind that it is the end of hurricane season:) I wouldn't worry about it and have a wonderful cruise. Temperatures should be just right, too. We went the week of Christmas the past two years and it could have been warmer for me....I love it hot and sunny.

We've always sailed in the winter months from Oct to Feb and never did have a problem except of course one hurricane but it didn't seem to bother anyone, well most anyone. Temps were fine once we got well away from New Orleans.

Did try one summer cruise in July but never again in the Caribbean. Way to hot for anything but swimming. Never again.

With the technology now hurricanes shouldn't be a problem so have fun.

Cruise on!
