Thanks Melissa - I've read your review and it's helpful.  I've been reading them on and off for months since we are taking our first cruise in just over 2 weeks!  It's amazing how you can read 20 review on the same ship and 19 are great and one really stinks.  I've said it before and I'll say it again - I think "it's what you make it" - just like anything else in life.
