First,. the NCL is a smaller ship  which is due to be retired next year and if your heading towards Bermuda their allowed capacity is regulated by the Bermuda Government.  You will most likely see a sign on the Pursers Desk.... We found the Sea has a great crew and enjoyed every minute of it last year on our trip to Bermuda North.lol
