I have not been on that particular ship, but this topic has been brought up about them before. Maybe someone who has been in that category can help..... but I would bet they will in fact convert. If you are traveling with 3 or 4 in your cabin, sometimes they hesitate to convert them only because it becomes less convenient (or maybe less technically safe) when the upper berths are down.
