Trust or not to trust Independent Shore Excursions?

Hello my name is MSSUCKS I have had MS for six year. I have currently sailed on Carnival and NCL. This current cruise we want to go with an independent Shore Excursion threw Island Marketing Ltd. in Cozumel. We will be sailing Carnival May 2013. Has anyone heard of them and are they a real company?? Thanks
