How long does it take to get from the Port of Istanbul to Istanbul Airport and what are the options to get from one to the other?

It's about 12-15 miles...
Depending on traffic and time of day, it could take between 30-45 minutes by taxi...
We've always just taken a taxi...cheap enough...
