If you like snorkeling take a tour from Tortola to Virgin Gorda and snorkel at "the Baths". Truly an experience to snorkel among giant house size granite boulders loaded with many different types of fish in crystal clear waters.St. John was another great place to snorkel. At Trunk Bay, It is run by the US National Park Service, they have an under water snorkeling trail. It is loaded with coarl and they have plaques on the sea bottom with pictures and descriptions of fish on them that live in that one area. The only place in St. Thomas that I have liked the snorkeling was at Cokie Beach. You can go only 25 feet from the shore line and the fish will be in swarms. If you bring Milk Bones doggie treats with you the fish will almost knock them out of your hand. A taxi or safari van ($6) will always be going there.
