wow talk about making a mountain out of a molehill....i would think that most men would have seen enough breasts by the time they are old enough to cruise, that they wouldnt feel the need to oggle women who are there to tan....and for no other reason. it's all about respect for the women who are there, and the companions who are with the men who are oggling, as someone else said in an earlier thread. my husband will be with me, and its so NOT an issue to him if other women are tanning topless as well. guess he's mature.
