It might be a public deck but why don't we just respect the people that want to go up there and sunbath, some topless, some not, whether they be male or female. Isn't there enough for people to do without intruding, and yes I feel like it is intruding if all you are doing is going up there to ogle the women. Hey I'm no prude having spent years on the west coast and gone to some nude beaches, and one thing you learn very quick is to respect everyone.Jim
